Can't Install Ns

<div class="IPBDescription">Not enough memory msg</div> - P3 1ghz
- Geforce2 Ti 64mg
- WinXP
- 512mg ram
- Over 4gb of free space on the partition

When I try to install NS by doubleclicking it just flashes a command prompt window briefly and then nothing. If I try to install from the command prompt, it gives me the error message 'program too large to load into memory'

Tried rebooting, booting to command prompt, scrubbing ram, changing compatibility to win98.. still get same message.

    Re-download the installer from a different mirror and try again. Post here if it works, doesn't work, eats your cat, etc.
