Bulkhead won't open

so i loaded my old save data that have my big sea bases , it successfully loaded then i tried to open the first bulkhead it is opened then the sec one when i open it the hand just glitch off from the handle and the door didn't open and i can't even move or do anything (already send feedback using f8)
