Cant play on Window XP after Update > Please help

Hi , recently im recieve an email say about NS2 have new update . So im re-install game and play on my WindowXP computer at my work place

But everytime even with Admin rights , when im launch game NS2 keep give me error " Failed to start app - Uknow Error"

Mean while i have tested on my PC at home Window7 32bit , the game runs fine ( im bring to my workplace PC cuz the internet is free and have better ping )

My WindowXP PC can play CSGO , Age of empire 2-3 , Teamfortress 2 normally , only NS2 is broken after update and make me cant run it anymore

Any devs that can solve this problem i will be greatly appericiated

    Hi Goliath. Not sure why you're creating a new user account, when you have several already created.

    We mentioned to you personally, and also mentioned it in a number of news posts a while ago that XP support may break in the future and we wont be supporting it after that.

    Well, now is that time. I'm afraid to continue developing NS2 into the future, we need to move on from a 14 soon to be 15 year old OS.

    NS2 System Requirements: Minimum
    OS: Windows 7 32/64-bit / Vista 32/64 / XP
    Processor: Core 2 Duo 2.6 ghz
    Memory: 1GB for XP / 2GB for Vista/7
    Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible video card with 1GB, ATI X800, NVidia 8600 or better

    Buy a new PC with Windows 7, 8 or 10 goliath. That'll solve your issue.
