I'm no game dev but i see it. let me know if there's anything i need to do on my end to resolve this.
So it seems like you have an application already running on port 27015. Thank you for that information. You might want to fix that by the way(or tell us what application it is), as you probably cannot use the sandbox or bot training either.
I'll PM you more instructions
Edit: Could you run the command netstat -b -n -a on your computer? It should give you the details about what application uses what port. Can you find the one using 27015?
