I've been wanting to suggest it for ages just never gave it any time, but it's been happening to me increasingly so I guess it's time.
This is not supposed to be a complaint regarding the new change, I'm all for kick votes resulting in a temporary ban for 30 minutes. This is something a lot of players tend to abuse, repeatedly starting a vote on both changing maps and kicking a player, the first ones did not go through for reasons such as people don't want to change map or they disagree with a kick vote. Yet somehow after several attempts it finally goes through for unknown reasons, to my experience it's just to silence the individual or they gave in to the lies.
I've been a -victim- of continuous kick votes from the same players, purely because they're upset or not having their way. I think there have been highlights where the same player has tried to start a vote against me 7 times and the 8th one finally going through. Whilst all of that was going on, he desperately tried to convince the others of countless lies, resulting in the others voting yes even though they have no clue what's been going on & probably don't care.
TL;DR: I'm suggesting to add a delay on repeated votes for the same thing if they fail.
