Authentication Failed

So this happened maybe 1 year ago. 1 year or more later i was playing this game and when a patch camed bum this error appears, i Searched for a fix for hours nothing, tryed a bunch of shts and nothing worked. I unninstalled the game, and today i decided to install it again cause i like it and i tought the bug would be Fixed but NOP. It stills hapenning and i can't get a fix for it. I just see some post where people say, i got this error and now its gone... blablabla.... allways the same, nobody posted a fix i think. Please help me getting this in work. I've sended an email with my tech_support.zip to you guys so you can see my things and maybe say the fix. Thx for the attencion, let's hope that this get's fixed.

Please follow these instruction and provide us with your tech_support.zip. That way we get all details we need to diagnose your problem.

Also did you check your firewall is not blocking ns2.exe or the UDP port 8766 .

It's not Blocking ns2.exe the Port i dunno how to find it to see if it is beign Blocked or Not. Here you have the tech_support.zip. file

I am really sorry to tell you this but you seem to be VAC banned for NS2.

Once you get banned you are unable to play the given game anymore on VAC secured severs. Now the issue is all NS2 servers are VAC secured including the tutorial.

Oh well... It may be because CSGO dunno, cause i got VAC on Csgo but on NS2 i don't remeber either to cheat or do somthing crazy like that cause i never got mad with the game. No prob ill buy it on Christmas cause i like the game. Anyway thanks for the help.
