In the forum their are different "letters" next to each post that show hot topics/new messages etc. But some messages have a black dot on them and it can be a hot topic or not, with new posts or not.

Does anyone know what this dot means?

It means that you have put a post up somewhere in the thread of that topic. For instance, you'll notice that this topic has a black dot for you C_Crew. Now, I'll also see a black dot on the envelope of this thread.
