how to make poll?

I tried before, I don't understand it

You simply click on the pulldown arrow next to "New Discussion", select "New Poll"

On this page you can:

Select in which category you want to place your poll
Add the Poll Question, thread title
Add the Optional Description, thread content
Choose to make this poll anonymous
Add poll options (your poll questions/well options )

Add another poll option ... is kinda self explanatory

Arrow next to new discussion? I can't find it... is it because I'm on a phone?

Hmm yeah on a phone you don't get that button with the pulldown arrow on the right side of the button. Instead you get a text balloon icon at the top right of your screen, I don't see an option when pressing that one to open up a poll.

You could try it by forcing the "desktop version", but as far as I can see it doesn't have an option to start a poll from a phone/tablet using the mobile version of the forums...
