But the transfuser will have the option to make a serum that lets you glow in the dark.

or even be able to add the flashlight to an armband (so it is on the paper doll next to the gloves)

this could also be done with your pda to the other arm then even have 1 or 2 tanks added to the paper doll by use of the workbench to convert 2 tanks into a back pack tank or expanded rebreather system

all of this is current tech
