Hi, just checking if the DLC comes with in-game badges like the constellation did in NS1??

Badges are handled via this forum and ns2's hive backend and not via steam DLCs. So no DLC comes with a badge.

The only exception was the pax 2012 badge which was handed out as steam dlc keys.

The Commander badge at hive can be unlocked by playing 10h as commander (time of victorious rounds counts twice)

Are Squad5 badges going to be renewed/reused/reaffected ? This would encourage people to invest themselves more in the modding and mapping environnement which are hard to start with (as a kind of achievement). It was a good initiative but seems to have drown over time.

Until early December Squad 5 was still in use. The last round was awarded in July. As I understood it they waited until they had enough nominations which took some time.

But as mentioned, in early December squad 5's use became unclear.
