Bug with seamoth fragment ?

When i try to loot a seamoth fragment i can't the "hand" is crossed, why ?

Do you already own a seamoth and thus already researched it? If som you can't loot anymore fragments.

I can't loot any fragment, even if its not seamoth fragment and i don't own the seamoth on this save, its a new save and in all my new save i can't loot fragments (just in experimental version)

I think i found why i can't loot fragment because on the experimental version there's a tool to scan the fragments, my bad sorry
