Hi folks,
i'm owner of a shiny new NS2 server and everything went smooth so far besides issues with rookies going comm all the time. My server is rookie friendly but rookies are always going comm and dont respond to anything. I have seen on different servers that there is a mod out there which prevent rookies from doing the commander job. I think its calculated by hive time or so. Can somebody point me to it? Or do i have to do it on my own via Shine?
