VSYNC enable/disable option & Return to main menu button

Hi there. Just throwing my suggestions around since I feel they're pretty basic.
My first suggestion would be to include a 'quit to main menu' button within the escape menu. This makes life so much easier when loading saves and is a pretty basic feature I feel we should have for obvious reasons. Secondly, I'd also suggest making a VSYNC Enabled/Disabled option within the settings section of the escape menu. VSYNC does currently exist through console commands, but not every player is privy to the console menu and its usage. Furthermore, its one of the most basic graphical settings in a game and should really be there for new players and those who don't want to use the console every single game start.
