Performance is Worse After Restart

I don't know why, but if my labtop has been on all day or more without rebooting, then I get better performance on Subnautica. But if I reboot my labtop and then launch SN, I get awful stutter of graphics for 2-3 seconds every 30 secs or so. Vary annoying, and I have no idea why this happens. Only happens on SN, no other game I play, such as Skyrim or Elite Dangerous Horizons
