Tools for Seamoth (Upgrade)

hey there,
I just came up with an idea while buildung my new seabase. What would you think, when you can use one upgrade-slot of the seamoth to enable it using tools?
The Upgrade would spawn an arm at the front, like the torpedos, on this arm you can place one tool (builder, scanner, welder) of course you can change the tool, but you have to place them from outside the sub.
While having one tool in place you can use this tool from inside the seamoth. Making it for example a exploration-submersible to scan fragments in dangerous areas without leaving the sub.
