More Workbench stuff and Seamoth glider upgrade?

Would be nice to have ability to merge flashlight with scanner at the workbench. I don't see why not, this thing will be really useful...
And Seamoth upgrade that allows to jump above water and travel with increased speed (2x faster than underwater?). For fastest way to travel between bases.
Accelerate to the maximum while submerged and direct Seamoth to the surface to jump from the water and glide. Seamoth controls more like an airplane in this mode, but it can't go higher than 2-3 meters above the water.
Downside - you have to build 2 separate wings and equip them in both side slots to make it work.
