Sv_alltalk Command?

<div class="IPBDescription">Whats the NS equivalent</div> in CS and HL if you type sv_alltalk 1 in console(if you're admin) one team can talk to the other and vice versa, is there a NS equivalent?

I dont know for sure, so dont quote me on this, but I think that is a standard HL variable so it should be in NS as well.
