Can't move mouse or player in-game on Windows 10

Hi everyone,

I just installed NS2 on my new rig with Windows 10 installed.
The main menu and everything there works fine but when I try to join a game or even launch the tutorial, the game works, I can see everyone in the lobby room but I can't move an inch !
It's like the mouse and keyboard aren't working like it doesn't detect my inputs, however the console works in game and I can use it to join a team with j1 ot j2 but even in game I see everything happening but still can't move. I already tried the uninstall and reinstall the game but it didn't change anything

Thank you very much, it's amazing how quick you guys identified and resolved the issue ! But still one last question, how do I get the 284 build ? Is it actually released or do I have to update manually in some way ?

To be certain, there's a wee number in the top left of your main menu when you start the game (I think). If not, open the console (`) and one of the first lines will have the Build of NS2 you're running.
