Bug with planting creepvine in the farming tray

I planted two creepvine in a farming tray and left for a while. They matured and I planted four more creepvine in the same tray. These didn't grow all the way and at some point I saved and quit. When I loaded my save later, the four that hadn't grown yet disappeared from the tray. Their seed clusters were still in the tray menu and I couldn't get rid of them. I could cut down the original two and their seed clusters would disappear but the four that won't grow are stuck there.

I had this issue as well, though it was all 6 that disappeared. After about 3 days, and 12 updates, they came back, fully grown. I suspect it's a graphical glitch of some kind.
