Its in the experimental version, or it was the last time I checked.

it was in the experimental, but it's not any more. at least least not by default. I'm still looking for a blueprint

It's supposed to be in the experemental build, but they broke it during the last major update. According to the devs, it should be fixed tomorrow. I take that to mean soon.

Is this from trello or somewhere else? Can you point me to where you got this info from devs?

as of right now, the large aquarium is back in the building menu, no need to find its blueprint anywhere.
