the blueprint is found in the abandoned base room on the floater island, it should be in the dirt half buried and its pretty cool! i dont have a screenshot tho..

Isn't that cool! There is also a spotlight on the roof that is scannable.

spotlight bugged though, it builds instantly and doesnt cost mats, just have the mats needed in inventory and you can keep building them
