How even does this work? what situation do you ever have 1hp down from full? Maybe the natural regen of aliens? I really get confused by some of the NS2 math.
90 damage on skulk with lvl0 weapons and 1hp natural regeneration.
I think there is a also rounding issue with lvl 1 armour + 2 meds against 4 bites that leaves you with 1hp.

once in a server type record (demo recording system) sometimes i get so frustrated because i'd rather have this record then a capturing program because it is less of a performance hit and or it allows you to capture when you want to capture to catch hackers, and or interesting things, i needed it to catch a waller today, so i won't be banning said person because i have no evidence anymore.

Needs to be greatly increased with tiers though. The custom maps are almost never played..
Level 1 - play 20 rounds on custom maps
Level 2 - play 75 rounds on custom maps
Level 3 - play 150 rounds on custom maps
Level 4 - play 300 rounds on custom maps
On a side note.. The game could use achievements like this for every map that isn't part of the overplayed holy trinity. Would greatly help the tram, summit, tram, veil, summit, tram, docking, tram, veil, refinery, tram, summit, etc... map rotation problem...
There is a reason these maps are played so much more than others, as well as a reason people generally don't play customs as often. I personally don't view these maps being played so often as a problem. Conversely I think an achievement tied to repeatedly playing poorly balanced maps would be more detrimental to the enjoyment of gameplay (for me at least) than your so-called "holy trinity" (which actually included 5 maps).

It's not just balance though as some of em are pretty well balanced. It's also the "I dun wan learn new map" or "gimme my blanky" bit most games actually have
It's beginning to looka lot like dustbowl syndrome, spamfest map but familiar so peeps keep playin' that one. In our neck of the woods we've got a summitecplipsetramveil party

Not denying that some are well balanced, or that some need to be played differently, but definitely not all fit into this category, custom or not. Some are just negligently put together or have GARBAGE performance, though I respect the mapper's work so i'm not going to tear into anybody's custom. Simple enough, map gets changed to one I think is awful, I leave the server.

Sure sure, the only point I was trying to make is that while I like the idea of maybe "play 5" custom maps (pretty sure day of defeat source has one like this), I think having tiers as was suggested would be overkill.
Need an achievement for killing two fades with one shotgun blast. I achieved it when two of them were dancing around me in central drilling on mineshaft. Their orbits crossed just as I fired: BOOM 2 fades down.
Best moment ever.
Also welder-kill an onos.
Regarding bad behaviour: maybe these fun achievements could be "unlocked" once the basic ones are completed?

Taking into consideration that it doesn't state a lifeform and that you could have babblers, or biomass, or carapace, or that regen tick, or a crag or gorge or hive healing you... and you could have been hit by a rifle, a flamethrower, pistol, axe, welder, rifle bash... yeah, its not "likely" to happen... but it does happen, and its not as infrequent as you may think.
