Can't build a cyclops | Build 29160

So I started a new game to enable this new terrain etc... Got to the point where i found all the cyclops pieces and it said "new blueprint acquired". However I went to the mobile vehicle thing and it did not appear above or below the seamoth option. I hit tab and check the blueprints and it says I've only found 1/3 pieces. I tried starting another new game and the same thing happened. I tried scanning more cyclops fragments and just get titanium out of it.

whop nvm just read some burried information. basically its going to take hella lot longer to unlock the cyclops

Correct. You need 9 fragments. 3 hull, 3 engine and 3 bridge.
