Signs Not Visible On Corridor/Hatch Walls

I just tried placing some signs inside my base on the one of the walls that leads into a corridor, and for some reason the sign doesnt show up; like its clipped inside the base. I'm pretty sure this is a bug as I could have sworn I've been able to place signs on these surfaces before. Picture below showing that I can place the sign and build it (I can also deconstruct it) but I can't see it.
