Change the Stalker's Colors

I want the stalker to be a dark green, with its spikes looking like the "leaves" on the kelp. Perhaps some places on the body would grow yellow. It would make it harder to see, more visually interesting, and more accurate to what the creature would look like in reality.

U talking about some sort of Nature' camo? Like a tiger - colored in color of surrounded soft grace for better chance in hunting. U right I think..

the stalker would be indeed more fearsome if it was harder to locate from the local flora. it also needs to be much more silent than it is, as we can currently hear it come before actually seeing it.

Yes I like this. I also think they could add diffrent types of stalker like a faster green one , or a stealthy black one with red eyes.

For what? if they living only near laminaria bushes... Black one will be too good visible on green backgrounds

The Stalker's camouflage is perfectly suited to its environment. Only its motion gives it away, particularly if you're deep enough.
