My MacBook Pro has 2.8ghz quad-core intel core i7 with turbo boost up to 4.0ghz and Intel IrisPro +AMD RadeonR9. Will the game be able play well on my laptop?

This sounds pretty recent so should be able to play the game ok, how well will depend on which AMD R9 Chip you have in the MacBook Pro.

I have the 2.5GHz version of that Macbook. Unless you've already tried it yourself, I can install it on mine to see how well it plays and report back?
The GPU is a M370X (2GB).
