Balancing types & nubmers of fragments

When you are looking for a certain fragment, it's really annoying to find only fragments of a type that you already have. This video illustrates my point:

In my opinion, there are too many fragments of one same kind. The problem is that if the devs simply reduce the number of fragments, it'll be a pain in the ass trying to find every single one. So here's an idea: when a player has finished analyzing the fragments he/she was looking for, all the other fragments of the same kind disappear so that you don't find any fragments that you've finished analyzing. I know that this doesn't make any physical sense, and that fragments already scanned give titanium, but we find titanium absolutely everywhere, and it's just really annoying to constantly find fragments of a same kind. We just have to find a mathamatical balance.

Very soon, fragments will all be found as a destroyed version of the thing and will be found in Wrecks/destroyed lifepods/Aurora/Abandonned Base.

So no more random placement of fragments? That's a relief. I had to circle around the map at 200m depth just to get the Cyclops's bridge fragments. I even got the blueprints for the pressure compensator before those. Also as of now there are a few wrecks at this depth with nothing to be found inside or around.

The nice box things for fragments are placeholders.
When fragments all have their own model(s) im sure it will be easier to spot from afar if you got it.

For a specific balancing issue, it seems that seamoth fragments are much more quickly found than the vehicle bay necessary to build it. That may make sense logistically (seamoths are bigger than the bays, and one bay could build multiple seamoths so there would naturally be fewer), but for game play it might work better to have them found in order of need or at about the same time?

The fragments are a bit strangely placed. For example, the bioreactor fragments are found in the kelp forest, but to operate a bioreactor, one needs to go to the mushroom forest, which most people don't go to until later. It seems to me that fragments should be found near where the most difficult to get component needed to use them is found.
