How to stop green screen when enabling Vsync

Come on now Vsync should be on this without a issue almost all PC gamers want smooth gameplay. When I enable vsync the screen goes green WTF. How do I fix this so I can enable vsync. I already tried it in my Nvidia control panel and that didn't work. Please fix this. Don't wait.
