Blueprints?

Hi Guys,

I know this is most likely a failing on my part as i don't really keep up with the development news as much as i should, i just love playing this game, its brilliant. Definitely my favorite survival game that's out there at the moment.
Anyway, like i say i know this is probably a failing on my part, but i started a new game today in build 30568 and noticed there are basically no fragments anywhere.
Was this changed as part of an update, if so how does one now go about obtaining new blueprints?

Thanks for your guidance on this and i hope you can forgive my obvious stupidity.

I started a new game on the same build yesterday, as well. All fragments have been moved around and into wrecks. I played almost two hours yesterday before finally finding a wreck with fragments. The ones around the safe shallows seem to be mainly exploratory with the desk/chair blueprints unlocked from scanning those items.

Near the Aurora is a wreck with two smaller pieces near it. After swimmed up to the door, I was able to pull it open and hit the motherload. There was a good 8-10 fragments inside, two of which were the solar panel fragments and the seaglide fragments. :3

They're a lot harder to find now, but I've been enjoying myself regardless. It's made me explore a lot more and has added back that sense of pending doom because you have to go further out without a seamoth. I went to floater island with my seaglide and man did that little trek feel incredibly different without the protection of the seamoth around me. Accidentally overshot it and wound up in Reaper territory. GTFO'd at the first scream. XD

The power tech is hidden too hard. I can find them in time if I already know where they are, but that survival concept is stupid. A stranded survivor has no direction knowledge and once his cache and home is lost he'll die without discoveries near his starting point.

It seems like everything in that direction is Reaper territory. As long as they stay away from my Grand Reef I'll be happy

I think the old radio signals could be a great lever to direct the player to the nearest wreck, introducing exploration by the A.I of the lifepod.
