[Bug] Not able to start a New Game [30046]

Whenever I start the game (resolution or settings don't matter) the New Game and Quit buttons are clickable, Options is hidden behind a white box. If I click on NG, the background for the different Game Modi are some kind of box full of letters.


If I hover my mouse over the Modi, the buttons become orange


I'm sorry for the bad resolution, I'm not used to taking screenshots on Windows
