Processor: i7 quad core 3.6ghz
GPU: either gtx 610 or hd 4600 graphics card (4600 is better but cant use a whole gig of ram
)
Ram: 16gb
OS: Win10 64bit

Yes but on minimum with low FPS. Your GPU is too old.
