What are these? Anyone else got these in their inventory after playing for a bit? It says they are for use on TSF Priority Paper-Related Missions. Some kind of crafting system?

    They are from the latest patch, 'Sticky Shoe', There are around 15 items that will drop after playing NS2 for a certain amount of time. At the moment they are just cosmetic collectibles, they have no in-game use and they can't be sold, just traded. They may have more use later on however.
