where does one find modification station parts?

Stable version or Experimental version? Stable version is Grassy Plateaus and Kelp Forests while Experimental version is currently in Wrecks 3, 4, and 5. The coordinates can be found here.

Go to the floating underwater islands for the stable build. I find the frags within minutes there.

I never find them in the grassy platues or the kelp forest despite being told to go there multiple times. I'm thinking this might have been true for an earlier build, but not the current one.
