stalker variation?

so i was swimmin in my new hardcore experimental save and i come across this guy...

he was very slim and longer than the others.. is this a glitch or nah?

also i noticed that the stalkers arent as stiff as before, and there are actually different sizes of stalkers but they werent as noticeable as the one above
