[BUG] IS AMD A PROBLEM? [BUILD 31268]

So, with this new build instead of the game freezing after like 10s of gameplay, it now crashes arround 2s, and I've seen a lot of people with a similar rig than mine. So is AMD processor and GPUS a problem? Because I'm really want to play this, but if it's unplayable in amd chips i'll have to claim a refund and I really really dont want to. :(
