Story Suggestion: The Moon Crawler

Here is the story I came up with for Subnautica. It took a while, so I hope it doesn't suck. The story mainly centers around a creature I created called the "moon Crawler". It is I gigantic creature that lives on the large red moon above the planet, and It is so large, every once and a while you can see it traversing along or digging through the planet. Although I haven't thought of what it would look like, it would hopefully look horrifying and have a noticeably large mouth, and here's why. Whenever the Moon Crawler sees anything coming towards the planet, it unleashes a powerful scream. The frequency is so loud, it causes whatever was heading towards the planet to malfunction and crash. This is the reason the Aurora crashed, and why rescue is so difficult.
Anyway, after a certain point in the game, rescue is finally coming for you, and you see it in the sky. The game tricks you, making you think you are about to win. Then, the moon crawler notices. It unleashes a powerful screech once again, and the rescue goes down and is destroyed(for extra insanity, I'll add the idea that as its about to crash into the water, the Sea Dragon shoots out of the water, catches the catching ship, and lands right back in, as it dug all the way up from the lava biome to catch it, then all the way straight back down. This tunnel gives you access to the lava zone!). You receive a message that rescue has deemed the planet unsafe to enter, and no more rescue would be coming until further notice. Bad break.
Now that I've added the Sea Dragon part, it makes this easier to finish the story. After finding more logs telling you what to do, you learn you now must follow the Sea Dragons path down to the lava biome, and there you will find the components needed to make a machine which will bounce the Moon Crawlers screams back at him, killing the crawler. You find a log that the same person that told you how to kill the crawler had left, and he entered the Lava zone and tried to free the Sea Emperor from the prison, an area you can find in the lava zone that currently serves no purpose in the actual game. In this story though, the reason he wanted to free him was because the key object necessary to make the machine that will kill the Moon Crawler is in this cage. Problem is, in turn for opening up the cage and getting the item is the Sea Emperor being released. He knew this, but he also was unaware of how to free the Emperor anyway, so he tried to cheat it. Because the Emperor was supposed to be normally passive, he assumed he could just sneak in a smaller entrance and snag the item without trouble, eliminating the problem.
The flaw to this plan was the fact that the over time, the Sea Emperor had ended up protecting the item with its life. When the man snuck in and reached for it, the Emperor saw him, and quickly engaged. The last message you hear from the helper is an audio log, the man stuttering in panic while roars and smashing are heard in the background.
"In past logs I have told you my plan, to sneak into the Emperors prison and steal the key to the Crawler killer. It failed. You MUST free it, when it leaves its prison, exploring the area will keep it occupied for a while. I'm not sure how to free him though, maybe try ramming it? Once your in, you will have to get in and take (whatever he would call the item) quickly, he will not be happy if he sees you with it. Then get out of there! You will be able to escape this goddamn planet, unlike I will ever be able to do. I am in the emperors cage, he saw me trying to take the object, and apparently is obsessed with it. I dropped it while I was trying to get away from it, but it cornered me in a small pocket in the prison. That is where I am now, and it is breaking in. sigh, this is going to be my last entry. There is a small hole in the wall next to me, I'm going to throw this out through it. If you find this log, it will most likely be right outside the Emperors prison. I hope someone found these logs. Goodbye." You then hear him chucking it out the window, and a second after, you hear him yelling "shit... SHIT- AHHH", accompanied by a loud roar, similar to the one in the early access trailer at the end.
If you were to travel up from where you found the log, you would be able to see the hole he chucked the log through as well, because detail reasons. Anyway, you have to ram it with what will most likely be a newly added sub(if there is none, the cyclops most likely), opening it to the Emperor. he will rush out and knock the Cyclops out of the way, starting a minor flood. Lets hope you brought your welder. Anyway, you will have to quickly rush in and take the item which will be laying in the center of the room and get back to the surface. If the Emperor catches you with the item, he will come after you and try to kill you. He is perfectly capable of destroying the cyclops(and seamoth obviously), so you better run(or swim... or pilot?). You then must return to the surface with the component necessary to create the machine he told you how to make. The same machine shines a light that tricks the crawlers eyes into thinking it is an object near the planet, and unleashes a scream. The sound is bounced back, and the crawler is killed. finally, you are rescued.
This is the lore i created, which I would be amazed if considered.

Thanks! I was thinking of adding the fact that the Sea Dragon would share a similar liking for Metal to Stalkers, but as far as i can tell, you can't edit these posts once you've posted them :P Too bad they may already have a story in store for us. If not, and they just threw the black box part in(I know this is wishful thinking, but in the rare case its true), then maybe the screech causes the black box to combust or something? Yea, that's probably not going to happen. It was fun creating the story though! If only I was dedicated enough to make a mod(once we are allowed to mod the game) that made this happen xD Glad you enjoyed the story.
No prob, I enjoyed it if you get any other idea tag me cause I would love to check them out. ^_^
Sure! I'm new to the forums, so I don't actually know how to tag, but I can tell you the name :P its called "The Unknown Lifeform". Note, this is one of my older ideas, far older than the story above. I had it posted somewhere else on an old spreadsheet for ideas, but I'm going to start posting them here, as everyone seems a lot more active here. This one isn't nearly as good as above, but it's was pretty cool to me at the time. I'm also going to post some of my above-water themed ideas afterwards, which are a bit better then the Unknown lifeform, and the discussion will be called "Above-Water ideas". Hope you like em!
