I know this is very unlikely to happen but,
My thought was that there should be more Physics applications in the game.
I have already built bases that would never be abe to support themselves, so why not make it so that bases can fall apart, whole corridors collapsing upon themselves, instead of a little breach.
Or if you build on a sand cliff, and your base is too heavey, the sand collapses under the weight, and your whole base is lost.
So you have to do a little more planning, and not just building stuff. because a little reinforcement in a multipurpose room wont hold a corridor that is 50 meters away.
