Low light level inside the Base

After latest updates I've met that lighting level inside the base decreasing at half after hull breach. At first time i think that is a result of some security protocols of base indicating existing of a breaches. I've repair walls, base' drainig system pump out all sea water... Before last situation its help and level of lighting return to high. But at last situation level of light still low. My question is WHY? I've check all decks - no leaks, no breaches... Whats wrong?

    I can confirm this bug. I'm not sure if it was relevant, but at the time I was experimenting with bulkheads and so different parts of my base were draining at different times. Upon repairing and deflooding all portions the light levels still did not return to normal.
