Multipurpose room blueprint + cost of underwater base

Suggestion to make the Multipurpose Room and Large Aquariums to be discoverable blueprints instead of being available from the get-go. Several things I think this will work better progression-wise:

- At the beginning the corridors are good enough for all early to mid game purposes. Power-wise the solar panels are unlocked early on and doesn't need a Multi-Purpose room to use.
- Multipurpose room is better for deeper biomes where small/medium fish are harder to catch for food - the large aquarium is more useful as a food supply.
- Large aquarium comes more into their own to farm 'early game plants' such as creepvine clusters once you have progressed to the deeper biomes.
- The corridor-shaped bases suits the shallower biomes (<100m) and mimics real-world underwater habitats like the Aquarius Laboratory and Hydrolab.
- Plus this will give additional progression to unlock that is satisfying and makes sense.

Another balance suggestion to increase the cost of metal corridors from 2 titaniums to 4 titaniums (1 scrap equivalent), and increase the Multipurpose Room from 6 titaniums to 1 titanium ingot.
