DX9 vs DX11 pros / cons?

Hi,
I have not found much recent information about this for the latest versions.
Im wondering which is better for the following:
-fps
-mouse lag
-competitive play

I did a quick test and I seem to get better FPS with DX11, but i would like to know if one has better input lag or anything to do with competitive play.

    DX9 is better imo.

    You'll get better frametimes with DX11 for sure, fps difference varies greatly between people however.
    The biggest difference with DX9 is the better mouse input delay.
    And DX11 is still in BETA meaning it most definitely can cause issues now and then. (to include possibly crashing)

    For these reasons the officially recommended settings are DX9 Fullscreen.

    Dx11 doesn't have shadows yet but seem to have a better type of anti-aliasing though still not the greatest AA ever.

    DX11 will give you slightly better min fps. Max fps will be similar to DX9.

    In my experience DX11 has shown no issues running with low settings.
