Movable mini-island / city

I saw a few pics of movable islands and it would look great ingame.

Features:
-Launchpad for Seamoth
-Dock for Cyclops
-Sonar/radar
-Mining platform
-Fish farm
-Aquarium with transparant elevator
-Powered by fusion or dark matter reactors

Could be damaged by severe weather or animals necessitating upgrades (forcefield, stabilizers, bulkheads).
