Randomly Crashs and Progress gets deleted

Every 2 days or so when i try to Save my Game my PC instantly shuts down. When I restart all my Gameprogress is gone and there is no savegame i can load. (The savegame still is on the asvegame folder of subnautica) Even when i saved that Savegame before and copy it in the folder it belongs the Game wont accept it. Th
