[BUG] Cyclops nose pitches up [32372 - May 2016]

Cyclops was working fine for several hours when suddenly it developed an uncontrollable nose pitch up everytime I try to dive with it.
The pitch exceeds 45 degrees and releasing the stearing wheel let´s the player fall backwards into the ship not able to move forward until the sub has floated back to surface were it slowly goes back to the normal pitch attitude.

Cyclops was aquired in an older save game prior to the machinery update and not all of the necessary fragments have been scanned yet...

I am having a similar problem. It also will not stay submerged. I started a new game after the machine update and built the Cyclops when I scanned all the fragments. For the first few days it worked perfectly. Only to find out it doesn't work anymore today (May 15th 2016).

    Have you checked for floaters?
A single one of those buggers on the side of my Cyclops had the ship ready for a vertical launch!

I had just 1 Floater on my Cyclops, it was horrible, to see my ship going vertical, I hate these little Buggers and they still can Damage ur Base, don't ever let them go free into the Watertank, it will damaging it from inside!

Thanks guys for that floater hint - BIG time! B)
I just searched the whole ship and after stripping down all the cabinets I finally found an (invisible) floater that probably was stuck behind one of those wall mounted lockers.
Don´t ask me how it got in there in the first place but it´s gone now and the horrible pitching with it...

"Vorne unten 15, hinten oben 10!"

Yes, I chcked for floaters. I had one before, and didn't have that problem after removal. But now I removed anther one and it will not stay submerged anymore. I can't see any floaters still attached to the Cyclops.

I had this happen twice, the first time the floaters were actually floating off the starboard bow of my cyclops, not actually touching it but moving with it and causing it to surface, this time i had a bunch off the port stern, shot them off, but i still can't keep my cyclops submerged, I was inspecting the hull with a camera drone near my base, and got the squishy sound of running into an invisible one, but there seem to be more, hopefully they'll clean up the invisible geometry so this doesn't happen. I have no issues with occasionally having to clean floaters off the hull, but only if i can see and get to them.

As I wrote: my floater was invisible. I just found it by accident noticing the short change of my hud display while moving it across the inner wall of my cyclops.
I guess this one somehow glitched into the subs wall. I did a very thorough search on the in- and outside previously and ended up finding nothing. So I did remove all wall mounted lockers and finally found the little bugger...

Maybe You should try this tactic and scan all the surfaces of Your Cyclops.
