Forgive me if this has been mentioned, it probably has...
At some point when your base reaching a certain tech level, certainly when you've built a Nuclear or Thermal plant, beign able to keep you SeaGlide, Stasis Rifle, flashlights, cutters/welders, etc. charged rather than having to continue building batteries would be fantastic.
Obviously a blueprint hunt for the tech would be required, but it makes sense to me...
They'd be:
1. placeable items
2. draw from the bases overall power-grid
3. unable to recharge a battery that was at 0% charge
4. Buildable in the Cyclops
Additionally a power cell charger would be be great too...
