So, I was building my seabase today and was playing around with the Large Aquarium and the MultiPurpose room. I had two Multipurpose rooms stacked atop one another and two large aquariums which did what I was expecting. They connected to form one large aquarium in the multipurpose rooms. Now, I looked up at that ceiling of the aquarium as I was swimming in there, and thought, if only I could remove that ceiling and just float out into the water.
So. What if there was an "Atrium" version of the Multipurpose room, with same design as the Multipurpose room with a large aquarium, except no ceiling inside of the "aquarium" portion. So you could freely swim in and out of the room, out into the open ocean. Possibly have one with and without a floor inside the aquarium too. Eg.
Essentially a torus that you could build around stalagmites and stalactites, or around those large creepvines! On the other hand, the one with a floor, could be plantable and you could plant a creepvine there, and watch it as it grows up and up away.
