Game keeps auto adding blueprints [31322]

I don't know if this is a bug or what, but every single time an update happens, large or small, when I load up my saves the game just gives me a bunch of blueprints. I have no idea what causes it but it's really annoying as I enjoy hunting for the blueprints and to just have them handed to me is frustrating and causes me to have to restart after every update. So I can not progress very far at all.
