No Command Menu

When I am playing I press "Mouse 2" which it says will open the command menu but when i do nothing comes up exept for white words at the top left of the screen, i cannot read the because they are all jumbled up. As far as i no i need this menu for speech??

    See that topic. It's basically the exact same thing, the problem is is that you're probably using Software Mode to run NS, it's not entirely supported yet. Anyways, click on that link and read over the post.

    Yah i just saw that, Well my card is a peice of trash and i dont think it has opengl or direct 3d DONT BUY SIS
    cant wait till i get my radeon

    You can get a cheap TNT2 by a third party(such as PNY, Trident) for about 18 dollars, it supports D3D and OpenGL, and your problem would be solved.
