Cyclops Suggestions - Docking and Controls

On one hand, having a MASSIVE MoonPool to dock the cyclops would be entertaining as all get out. On the other hand, I don't think it would fit in with the game. But something that I think might fit in would be an extendable armature of sorts.

I'm imagining a small circular room with a single attachment point on one side, either a built in (or space for a build-able) Cyclops Modification Station, and then an extending armature with a magnetic airlock end (with some degree of rotation). The area just below the "eye" (where the swim-entrance is, but on the vertical surface) would be the logical place for the docking port. Lastly, when piloting the cyclops and approaching the port, the HUD should give some indication that you were approaching the correct depth, range, and rotation to dock.

While I'm talking about the cyclops, why aren't the lights controllable while piloting? If you can get to the cameras, why not the lights?

I always thought of an I corridor with a hatch on top and 2 clamps that stick out from the side and hold the cyclops in place is a good docking station.

Seems the Devs already got something similar planned, not sure but it looks like it or at least it seems what they want us to believe.

Amen to all that! The floods, at the very least, should be controllable from the steering column. But while we're on that, it seems that the Cyclops' floods have a shorter throw than the Seamoth and Seaglide. If we're talking the veritable moving base here, then you'd think that the Cyclops' flood lights would be brighter.
