getting items from dead creatures

i think it would be awesome if when you come across a creature that has died of natural causes, has been killed by another creature or that you have killed that you could harvest materials from their corpses like for example teeth for enamel from dead stalkers, bone and teeth from reapers, gas for use in a gas gun from gasopods, ect i think this would be a very cool addition to the game and would be cool to do in a survival word
