I will explain the issue with the new res model in many words.

The reason changing the res model from 1.00 per tick to 1.25 is wrong is for this reason:
Marines receive very little benefit, all non com players get more p-res, only one person on the team that gets more res is the com, which is t-res. 1/(the number of players in the team) overall team benefit. Yet ALL Marines upgrades revolve around t-res.
Aliens receive a big benefit. All players, except the kham, receive a DIRECT p-res benefit from the new model. Life forms being the most important upgrade an Alien player can achieve. A pro Fade is pro, regardless of cele or vamp.
A pro marine WILL lose to a pro fade, given equal upgrades (however you define them, the operative word being equal) by game design.
Yet in the new model, we have MORE Fades and almost the same amount of marine upgrades.
